Weight Loss Challenge Day 1

Well, today is day one of my Fit Mom's For Life Weight Loss Challenge. I'm following the program designed by Dustin Maher for moms who want to be able to keep up with their kids!  I'll just be posting a little update with how it is going every week.  It's only a 21 day challenge but I'll be following his program for a while, afterward, I think.  


My week 1 goal is to not eat any candy or sweets!  I have a true problem with that so hopefully I can be successful!


The week 1 goal of the whole group is to read something fun for at least 10 minutes.  Those that know me will know that I read all the time so that's not problem for me!

I love reading also so I don't have a problem with that goal either. I wish you the best of luck.

Good luck today! I don't know if I'd be able to go without any sweets either. I feel your pain. ;)

I hear you on the sweets. Lastnight we had family over and it was hard not to say YES to a Crunch Bar or Icecream cone! :)

I almost caved. I think it's a great goal and will add it to my list of long term goals! :)

I'm keeping up with other bloggers' joining this challenge! LOVING that we're here together working out and sweating our way to a healthier life style!
